The staff here are super helpful, the location is ideal, close to Masjid India, Jalan TAR, Sogo Mall, and plenty of dining options.

Room very clean. Ac works well. WiFi in room free. Near many markets and no traffic noise from our room on 5th floor. Bathroom amenities provided. Only 5 mins from lrt station.

Taxis did not know location so tell them it is near Coliseum Theatre. Receptionist suggestions for food and directions not the best.

Location: the hotel was close to the saturday night market, restaurant, and Masjid India and Jalan TAR. The staff team was fairly friendly. I asked for family room and it was brand-new where the mirror was situated.

I requested a family room, and it was newly renovated with a very comfortable bed; the hotel is conveniently located right by a shopping district and public transportation.

Located in the city centre. Easily access to shopping areas. Convenient if travel without own car because of the heavy traffic along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Taxi and train service available.

The physical comfort of the room was excellent. Very clean, very sleek, well proportioned bedroom and ensuite.

We could hear every single thing that was happening in the next room and in the corridor. If you're a light sleeper, don't bother using this hotel. You won't get any sleep. If listening to people snoring next door doesn't bother you, then it will be perfect. We were on level 4.

The staff here were friendly and ready to help with any questions, and we had a great time in the large, cozy room with a comfortable bed.

The location here is great! It's right in the middle of everything - close to shopping spots, the LRT station 🚇, and other transportation options. It's super convenient being smack dab in the city center.
